Avoid using normal extensions. Only high-load extensions are allowed if necessary.

Bathrooms or toilets

Surfaces that are not solid (e.g. bricks, pallets)
WashMate must be placed on a solid, flat platform and sheltered from direct sun or rain to avoid damage.
There are several reasons:

The machine auto-locks during operation (door lock indicator will light up).

Press Start/Pause, then wait a few seconds. If conditions allow, the door will unlock.

The door won’t open if:

Water temperature is too high

Water level is too high
-
The program is still running
-
Clothes are stuck between the door and seal

In case of emergency, use the emergency door release.
